Heartefact announces an open call for young people from Serbia to participate in the regional VIBE project, implemented in cooperation with Arsis from Albania and Juventas from Montenegro.
The call is open to young people aged 15 to 29 who:
- Live in Serbia.
- Are interested in topics such as culture, European integration, human rights, and regional cooperation.
- Wish to actively engage in projects promoting mutual understanding and experience exchange with young people from the region.
We especially encourage applications from young people from diverse social, ethnic, and geographical backgrounds.
What offer participation in:
- A three-day training in Belgrade, covering topics of European values, cultural heritage, and human rights.
- Further project activities, including regional exchanges, workshops, discussions, and joint initiatives with peers from Albania and Montenegro.
- Visits to Novi Sad, Novi Pazar, and Belgrade.
- The production of a documentary film.
- Working with experienced trainers and the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills that contribute to personal and professional development.

The project “Vibe – Connecting Young People” is implemented by Juventas (Montenegro) in partnership with Arsis (Albania) and Hartefakt (Serbia), with financial support from the BOOST program, conducted by the European Association for Local Democracy – ALDA and the French Development Agency (Agence Française de Développement). The project aims to strengthen interregional cooperation among young people from Serbia, Montenegro, and Albania by promoting cultural diversity, European values, and mutual understanding.
