In Belgrade, we held an incredibly inspiring meeting with representatives of several civil sector organizations working with senior citizens and their quality of life. This meeting provided an opportunity to present our Slavic Soundwalking application and discuss its potential to enhance the daily lives of older citizens.
It was extremely valuable to hear their opinions and suggestions on how technology can contribute to better accessibility of content that encourages memory recall, social connections, and active community participation. We are delighted that Slavic Soundwalking allows seniors to evoke cherished memories and explore cultural heritage in a new, interactive way through sounds and stories. This meeting once again confirmed how important it is to connect different sectors in creating innovative solutions that improve the quality of life for all generations.
The Slavic Soundwalking project is co-financed by the European Union through the Creative Europe program and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia.
