Through this project, I would like to learn the right way to approach the community, how to break down social stigmas, and how I can expand my work to other local communities.

My name is Isidora Paklar (32) from Novi Sad. I work as an Information and Education Coordinator at the IRIDA organization. Through my participation in this program, I aim to work on a theater production addressing the topic of sexual harassment, using the short story collection “This Is Also Violence” as a foundational source.

I am Dina Bajrektarević (28) from Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. I grew up in Tuzla, but I currently live in Pančevo and work in Belgrade. Through this program, I want to focus on the issue of conversion therapy, which most often affects young LGBTIQ+ individuals. This practice, although widely present in our region, remains hidden and insufficiently researched.

I am Matija Stefanović (27), originally from Valjevo. My project is focused on stepping out of our narrow and comfortable activist and progressive circles and reaching smaller towns, where queer people also live—people with whom we often struggle to connect with and who do not always see LGBTIQ+ activists as working in their interest.

I am Tamara Stamenković (27) from Vranje. I plan to launch a series of educational workshops and mentorship programs to provide concrete tools and support for women and marginalized groups who wish to safely use digital technologies in their businesses and everyday lives.

I am Milan Filipović from Niš. Through this project, I want to focus on supporting, professionally training, and integrating young people who are leaving foster care or family placement. I plan to achieve this through various workshops, networking with all relevant institutions in Niš and Serbia, and establishing my own non-governmental organization.

I founded the Čačak Association for People with Dementia – Č.U.D.O., which focuses on raising awareness about dementia, educating both formal and informal caregivers, and advocating for systemic changes in the approach to care and the rights of people with dementia.

Hristina Mikić is the Head of the Research and Development Department at the Institute for Creative Entrepreneurship and Innovation and holds a PhD in economics, focusing on the development of the creative economy.
