On Thursday, 23rd of February 2023, at the “Endžio Hab” Gallery opened Fidan Bejtullahu’s solo exhibition, a visual artist from Kosovo, which was created during Fidan’s one month long artistic residency at the Heartefact House last year.
“Although disasters can be devastating, they can also be fascinating, uncertain and open to various interpretations, depending on the perspective from which we observe them. Our limits can discourage us, but even then, we must find the courage to continue, always doing our best. When we stimulate the most sublime emotions within us, we improve not only ourselves but also the world around us. That is why it is best to find a way to accept both bad and good times and to do things inspired by the most elevated feelings.” Fidan Bejtullahu says in the exhibition’s programme, the exhibition can be visited until Monday, February 27th, from 4pm to 8pm.
After the stage reading of Dhurata Hoti’s short story in December at the Heartefact House, this is another artistic result of the Reconnection 2.0 program which is implemented by Heartefact Fund and Qendra Multimedia with a focus on artistic exchange between Belgrade and Pristina. So far artists such as Anja Drljevic, Marija Kalabic, Agon Rexhepi went through this program. We are connecting and telling some other story because it really is possible!
The Reconnection 2.0 program is supported by the European Union Office in Kosovo.
