Natalija Stojadinov Radović

My name is Natalija Stojadinov Radović (37). I graduated from Zrenjanin High School and later from the Department of Pedagogy at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad. During my studies, I volunteered at the Youth Office in Zrenjanin and worked as a mentor for career guidance and professional orientation programs. Since 2018, I have been serving as the deputy chief of the head of the Department for Social Activities of the City Administration of Zrenjanin. My responsibilities include managing education, culture, health, sports, social protection, child protection, veteran and disability protection, information, cooperation with religious communities, citizen associations, alliances, tasks related to refugees, migrations, and Roma issues, voter list management, and monitoring and providing assistance to local communities. I have been involved in writing the first Strategy for Preschool Education and Education in Serbia, a local action plan for refugees, migrations, returnees, and internally displaced persons, and I am currently working on a local action plan for the inclusion of Roma in Zrenjanin. As part of the project Technical Assistance for Improving Living and Housing Conditions of the Roma Population in Informal Settlements, I coordinated the formation of a mobile team for the social inclusion of Roma in Zrenjanin. Additionally, I participated in the CANLI project, preparing three guides about youth from vulnerable groups. Participation in the Heartefact project would allow me to view human rights issues from a different perspective and apply the knowledge I have gained, particularly regarding the importance of early development, with a special emphasis on supporting and working with families from socially vulnerable groups.
