I am Svetlana Rajković (39) and currently live between Aleksinac and Vukašinovac. I graduated in Journalism and completed my master’s studies in Multimedia Technologies in Niš. I worked for several years in journalism, while simultaneously pursuing an amateur interest in shooting short videos and photography. After that, I was engaged as the youth program coordinator at the non-governmental organization Center for the Advancement of Social Awareness – Super Citizen in Niš, as well as at the Civil Sector Radio portal Super Radio, in the role of photo-reporter and videographer. After moving from Niš, I formed the informal group Youth Circle of Creators in Vukašinovac, where we engage with youth work through various programs and workshops. I am a member of SKOR in NAPOR, the Velimir Rajić Literary Club in Aleksinac, the Aleksinac Photo Club, and the Photo Association of Serbia. I have received awards for poetry and photography. What fulfills me as an activist and youth worker is youth work itself. I often use tools such as video and photography in my work, and the topics that interest me are youth, human rights, peacebuilding, gender equality, diversity, and sport in development. During this program, I wish to focus on promoting human rights and inclusion through board games workshops for youth. I believe that workshops on human rights and inclusion are an excellent method for developing youth capacity, as well as for creating a concrete board game that would later help in promoting and better understanding these topics. These workshops would provide youth with a different perspective on human rights and inclusion and creatively enrich their free time.
