Project description: Within the Job shadowing program, the project “Youth Activation in Theater – Education Based on Theater” was supported, providing a group of young women from Bujanovac the opportunity to collaborate and learn from professional actor and director Kushtrim Asllani. During the training, they learned about various aspects of theater, including acting techniques, stage movement, improvisation, diction, and many other essential skills needed for a career in theater. This exchange equipped them with expertise in areas critical for their future careers in the performing arts. In addition to acquiring specific theater skills, they also received training in communication skills, presentation techniques, and report writing. Future actions and ideas developed during this support relate to the project “Creating Small Acting Troupes in Elementary Schools,” which aims to provide opportunities for students to develop their creative and expressive abilities. These small acting troupes will teach students how to create, organize, and perform plays for their peers. The activities will include the creation of student performances, artistic training, organizing workshops, and public presentations. This continuation of the project is expected to have a positive impact on the personal and artistic development of students, increase awareness, and improve social cooperation within school communities.
