I am Tamara Stamenković (27) from Vranje. I currently work as a freelancer in the field of digital marketing and e-commerce, where I assist individuals, as well as new and small businesses, in improving their online presence, creating visual identities, and developing digital strategies. Additionally, through my work, I strive to educate entrepreneurs and young women on the basics of digital tools and online security, particularly in local communities where digital literacy is low. I believe that digital literacy is essential for empowering women and marginalized groups, with a particular focus on southern Serbia, where educational opportunities are limited. Through my engagements, I encounter many people who lack basic knowledge about privacy protection, safe internet, and social media use, as well as recognizing digital fraud and cyber violence. I believe that access to digital knowledge is not just a technical issue but also a matter of the right to information, security, and equal opportunities. Through this program, I aim to focus on increasing digital literacy and cybersecurity for women entrepreneurs and other vulnerable groups in southern Serbia. Knowledge of digital security, privacy protection, and resilience to online violence is crucial for economic and social empowerment. I plan to launch a series of educational workshops and mentorship programs to provide concrete tools and support for women and marginalized groups who wish to safely use digital technologies in their businesses and everyday lives.
