Adea Batusha, ka studiuar Sociologji t\u00eb Arsimit n\u00eb Universitetin e Uppsala-s dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb Drejtore Ekzekutive e Institutit p\u00ebr Hulumtime, Aksion dhe Politika Arsimore (HAPA). Ajo ka mbi pes\u00eb vjet p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb si hulumtuese, me ekspertiz\u00eb n\u00eb hulumtimet cil\u00ebsore dhe interes t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb trajtimin e pabarazis\u00eb p\u00ebrmes arsimit. Fokusimi i Adeas q\u00ebndron n\u00eb kuptimin e m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si arsimi mund t\u00eb adresoj\u00eb ndarjet shoq\u00ebrore dhe t\u00eb nxis\u00eb kohezionin shoq\u00ebror n\u00eb zonat pas-konfliktit.\u00a0 Hulumtimi i saj p\u00ebrfshiu administrimin e shtat\u00eb fokus grupeve me 39 student\u00eb dhe intervista me m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs, duke u fokusuar n\u00eb praktikat pedagogjike dhe perceptimet e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb kat\u00ebr qytete kufitare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Serbi. Ajo shqyrtoi se si af\u00ebrsia me kufirin nd\u00ebrton dhe ndikon n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebretnike, ku kufiri vepron si ndarje fizike dhe politike. Adea theksoi ndikimin e arsimit pas-konfliktit n\u00eb k\u00ebto rajone, ku paqja negative \u00ebsht\u00eb ende e pranishme n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha qytetet kufitare. Ajo theksoi shembullin pozitiv t\u00eb Bujanocit, ku p\u00ebrpjekjet e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile dhe gatishm\u00ebria e student\u00ebve nxit\u00ebn nd\u00ebrveprimin nd\u00ebretnik. Studimi i Adeas n\u00ebnvizoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre praktikave n\u00eb forcimin e kohezionit shoq\u00ebror n\u00eb rajonet kufitare.<\/p>\n\n
