Ligj\u00ebron disa l\u00ebnd\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb: Politikat krahasuese, Regjimet autoritare, Institucionet dhe nd\u00ebrtimi i tyre n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, Tranzicioni dhe Konsolidimi i Demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb postkomuniste. N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti, Stefan ka hulumtuar ndikimin e Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Brukselit (Marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr Rrug\u00ebn e Normalizimit t\u00eb Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb) dhe Aneksit t\u00eb saj t\u00eb Ohrit mbi q\u00ebndrimet e pes\u00eb vendeve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat nuk e njohin pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs dhe as an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e saj n\u00eb organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Propozimi i tij hulumtues p\u00ebrfshinte mbledhjen dhe analizimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nga dokumentet, marr\u00ebveshjet, artikujt dhe \u201enon-paper\u201d-ave p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me zbatimin e marr\u00ebveshjes nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb, me fokus t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Hulumtimi tregoi se p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr ng\u00ebr\u00e7it n\u00eb dialog, \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se pas miratimit t\u00eb propozimit evropian dhe aneksit t\u00eb Ohrit kan\u00eb ndodhur ndryshime t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. S\u00eb pari, shtetet an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e tyre p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Evrop\u00ebs dhe pranimin e dokumenteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.
