Out of the twenty or so applicants, 5 participants were selected and worked with through workshops to train them in filmmaking, from idea to realization.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since it was important for them to present significant historical figures in the south and east of Serbia in their films, they first had workshops led by historian Ana Jovanovi\u0107, during which they encountered the concept of women&#8217;s history of Ni\u0161. Dramaturg Jelena An\u0111elovski held workshops on screenwriting, and directors Tea Luka\u010d and Maja Novakovi\u0107 on filming documentaries and short video works. At the end of the theoretical workshops, the participants received practical training from their mentor director Vladimir \u0110or\u0111evi\u0107. After completing the previous workshops, the participants completed their scripts, which they further developed with \u0110or\u0111evi\u0107 through the creative production process. The mentor introduced them to creating a shooting plan, selecting locations for filming, working with actors and a cinematographer. During the process, they learned practical aspects of film directing and editing with elements of post-production. Their participation in this part of the process was more focused on the creative process through which they rounded off their ideas, and less on the technical aspects of post-production that were carried out by the engaged professionals. This process ended with the completion of their short films: &#8220;O Vera, who are you?&#8221; Neda Rako\u010devi\u0107, &#8220;Hristina among us&#8221; by Marina Radulovi\u0107, &#8220;Bojana Ramonda&#8221; by Olivera Milo\u0161evi\u0107, &#8220;Mirjana by herself&#8221; by Nina Spasi\u0107 and &#8220;Red, the fashion hit of the season&#8221; by Maja Deliba\u0161i\u0107.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The films were shown as part of the global campaign &#8220;Orange the World &#8211;
