As part of this effort, an anonymous survey titled <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Women in Film<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was conducted among young women currently working in the film industry or studying at departments of arts academies and faculties of dramatic arts, in order to collect relevant data. The majority of respondents expressed concerns about gender-based prejudices in employment and career advancement processes. This was a significant motivation for assembling the entire film team as an all-women team, demonstrating through the example of a single project that this is possible and potentially inspiring other authors to take similar steps in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The film God Only Uses Telegram focuses on the story of an older woman, portrayed by actress Dobrila Stojni\u0107. Through the choice of the central female character, the film presents a strong narrative that challenges stereotypes about women in cinema, instead highlighting women from a different perspective and empowering the representation of women on screen. This example contributes not only to addressing issues that are relevant today, both for the local community and society as a whole, such as gender equality, ageing, and empathy, but also serves as a recognition of the strength of women\u2019s voices in culture.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The film was also recognised as a platform for reflection and discussion among younger audiences.
