She also expressed a particular interest in acquiring practical skills in theatre directing, acting, and the technical aspects of theatre production, which were supported by the organisation\u2019s director and team.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the completion of the internship, Sara was offered a permanent position coordinating and managing the work of the drama studio. The additional skills she acquired through the job shadowing programme prepared her for this role, as the learning model was specifically designed to match the participant\u2019s abilities with the organisation\u2019s needs. Over the course of four weeks, the programme covered all the knowledge and practical skills required for the position she now holds.&#13;\n&#13;\nSara is now responsible for leading the youngest group of participants and will direct a theatre production with the older group for the first time.
