It brought together theatre artists from across Europe, with acclaimed British playwright <strong>Martin Crimp<\/strong> among its special guests. This year\u2019s programme focused on <strong>family relationships in all their complexity<\/strong>, from love and intimacy to conflict, memory, trauma, power and boundaries.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">For Heartefact, participating in the Naples festival marks another step in its international collaboration and the growing visibility of theatre and artists from the region. <strong><em>How I Learned to Drive<\/em><\/strong> is <strong>Heartefact\u2019s most internationally awarded production<\/strong>, and its themes of family, abuse, memory and forgiveness continue to resonate with audiences across different countries and cultural contexts. The production had previously been presented to Italian audiences in four performances in March this year as part of <strong>FOG Triennale Milano Performing Arts<\/strong>, an international festival bringing together artists from around the world across contemporary theatre, dance, performance and music.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><strong>Paula Vogel\u2019s Pulitzer Prize-winning play<\/strong> follows Li\u2019l Bit, a young woman looking back on her childhood and her complex relationship with her uncle. Through memories of driving lessons and family encounters, tenderness, trust and authority gradually intertwine with manipulation and violated boundaries.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><strong>Directed by Tara Mani\u0107 and performed by Svetozar Cvetkovi\u0107 and Marta Bogosavljevi\u0107<\/strong>, the production was created for the intimate setting of Heartefact House. Rather than offering simple answers to a difficult story, it stays with its contradictions, asking what happens when care and harm exist within the same relationship, and how we live with what has happened to us.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Belgrade audiences will have another opportunity to see the production on <strong>12 October at Heartefact House<\/strong>.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><strong>Tickets are available via <\/strong><a
