Our young author Jana Milivojevi\u0107 stayed in France, in Pont-a-Mousson<\/strong>, where during the one-week residency she developed and publicly presented her text “We don’t have a camper, and even if we did, we wouldn’t tell you”. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Her text is about a group of young people: He escapes his adult life by using opiates, She by deciding to move out of the student dormitory. Both are running away from growing up and facing the problems they have. The characters of Dealer, Roommate, Buksna and Telefon also appear in the piece. Only one of them manages to find their camper, keeping it from the others.<\/p>\n\n

The text was translated into French by Karine Samard\u017eija, and the public reading was directed by Gerard Watkins<\/strong>. Nathan Boillot, Justine Garcia, Neil-Adam Mohammedi, Charlotte Leonhardt and Romane Wicker participated in the one-week rehearsals and presentation of the text. After the public reading, a discussion with the young audience was organized.<\/p>\n\n

We organize the residency in cooperation with the Festival La Mousson d’\u00c9t\u00e9 as part of the Playground project supported by the European Union through the Creative Europe project. Twelve young playwrights from Serbia, France, Italy and Romania have the opportunity to go on a one-week residency in a partner country and practically research and develop their texts through work with directors, actors and translators. Apart from Jana Milivojevi\u0107, representatives of Heartefact are also Na\u0111a Mi\u0161kovi\u0107, Sofija Dimitrijevi\u0107 and Tara Mitrovi\u0107.<\/strong><\/div><\/p>\n\n
