{"id":12384,"date":"2023-05-23T11:41:52","date_gmt":"2023-05-23T11:41:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/heartefact.org\/open-call-for-applications-artistic-residencies-reconnection-2-0\/"},"modified":"2023-06-21T11:06:09","modified_gmt":"2023-06-21T11:06:09","slug":"open-call-for-applications-artistic-residencies-reconnection-2-0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/heartefact.org\/en\/open-call-for-applications-artistic-residencies-reconnection-2-0\/","title":{"rendered":"DEADLINE IS EXTENDED: ARTISTIC RESIDENCIES RECONNECTION 2.0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Qendra Multimedia [Prishtina] and Heartefact Fund [Belgrade]<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are happy to open the second call for applications for artistic residencies implemented within the joint platform Reconnection 2.0, financed by the European Union and managed by the European Union Office in Kosovo.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Artistic residencies Reconnection 2.0 aim to serve as spaces for artists of various fields (literature, acting, music, visual arts, costume design, choreography, etc.), to reflect and produce new works during a one-month stay in Serbia. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Up to <\/span><b>two artists from Kosovo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will benefit from this phase of the call, who will each benefit from a one-month residency in Serbia.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> During their one-month stay in Serbia, it is expected by each artist to create new works as well as collaborate closely with staff from Heartefact Fund in their existing programs. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Who is eligible to apply?&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Artists of all fields over the age of 20, from Kosovo, are eligible to apply. [literature, acting, music, visual arts, costume design, choreography, etc.] <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">***Those interested in the one-month residency in Serbia, should apply by submitting a CV and a letter of motivation at: info@qendra.org. Under the subject: Serbia \/ Artistic Residencies Reconnection 2.0. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Application Deadline:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><s>Sunday, June 18th 2023. <\/s> Sunday, July 9th 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>When will the residencies take place?&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">***Residents are expected to be finished with residence in Serbia by the end of 2023. Precise dates of each one-month residency for two beneficiaries will be decided upon in agreement with each beneficiary once the selection process is finalized.
