I am completing my studies in International Relations at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade. I interned as a political assistant at the OSCE and at PepsiCo, in the human resources sector. I participated in several Erasmus+ exchanges and international projects organized by the European Parliament, the European Commission, the Council of Europe, and UNICEF, in the areas of youth activism, political participation, democracy and human rights, ecology, and employment of young people with disabilities. In 2020, I was the leader of the winning project team in the Generation Unlimited program, organized by <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Razlivali\u0161te<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and UNICEF. Since 2019, I have been an activist of the Academic Inclusive Association \u2013 an organization focused on empowering young people with disabilities in the areas of social engagement, political participation, and the realization of rights in education and employment. Recently, I became a member of the working team, in the role of assistant for public advocacy. Throughout my engagement in this organization, I have been a peer educator in the field of social inclusion and equality for young people with disabilities. I participated in public advocacy campaigns for more accessible public transport, equal conditions for student and pupil scholarships in local communities, and greater and more equitable political participation of young people with disabilities, with a special focus on the 2022 elections. Through this program, I aim to work on improving the position of young people with mental disabilities in higher education, by advocating for changes in regulations that currently do not provide adequate forms of support for this category of students.
